The Wholesale Merchant partners with global merchants,jewelers and product suppliers in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

This means that your order may be  shipped from areas across the globe  such as Canada, The United States, Thailand, China and India,. Fortunately for you, we require that our global suppliers do  provide tracking numbers so that we can offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from global partners, who we've negotiated to ship in BULK , your item may take 4-10 business days  to arrive depending on the time of year. Most Shipments to the United States arrive within 3 to 7 business days 

 

Q: Does The Wholesale Merchant Ship World Wide?:

A: Yes, We do! We have successfully shipped orders across the world. We ship to over 180 countries world wide!  Due to volume, customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia receive priority shipments, meaning customers in those countries will receive their orders faster. 

 

Q: It Says My Address Is Not Found?

A: We ship using the United States Post Office. If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. USPS.com “find zip code” can help you find your specific abbreviations and how USPS will verify your address.

 

Q: How Do I Return Or Exchange My Product?

A: Please Email us at thewholesalemerchant@gmail.com and let us know what the problem is! We will work with you to correct the issue. We will work to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!

If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a refund for the original price of the product as soon as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. If you would like to make an exchange please make sure to include payment information for return shipping. (Either an email linked to PayPal or card information.)

 

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products stocked in different warehouses depending on the product. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

Q: Can I Get Refund On Free + Shipping Offers?

Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.  Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
